Ryan is always very informative and very fair on pricing. My car runs great thanks to Ryan's mechanical genius.

I'm not a savvy car person and don't really care to know the fancy details about anything mechanical so when it comes to finding someone to do service on my foreign vehicle make, I need someone who can simplify all the automotive jargon down a bit so that I understand what I'm in for. Ryan was phenomenal at schooling me on the specifics of what my car needs for its regular maintenance, and I really appreciate that he was sharing detailed information not to just have a bigger sale, but to leave me as an informed consumer who can simply speak to the standards of service that my car needs, regardless if I'm at his shop or not. He is extremely professional, informative, knowledgeable and overall, my experience felt very sincere. You're not going to be taken advantage of or feel bullied into adding on services like many mechanics have made me feel. I am very pleased and since I purchased this car, I can absolutely see the changes in performance and notice that it's running better than when I purchased it a few months back! I totally recommend this place!

Ryan was fantastic to work with. Upfront and honest, I appreciated that he diagnosed my car without pushing me to get additional service done at his shop. He told me what would need to be fixed at the minimum to have the car functional, and what findings he felt didn't need to be fixed.I came in for an oil change (and diagnostics came w/ it) for $29.99. I'm only giving 4/5 instead of 5/5 b/c it did take a little longer than I had anticipated - took an hour instead of 30-45 minutes that Ryan estimated. It's ok, it's not a huge delay, but if you're just going for a drive-in/speedy oil change, this may not be the place for you.The waiting room is a little bare at the moment but quite nice. There's free Keurig coffee, a TV, and plenty of magazines. Only request would be to put more comfy chairs! The couch is an awkward 2-seater; once one customer sits there there's no more space for a stranger.

No one likes to take time to get their oil changed. But it's a fact of life that needs to be dealt with when owning a vehicle. And being a female, I am always worried about the end conversation they want to have with me about what else needs to be fixed. But I don't get worried here because I know they won't try to hassle me into repairs I don't need. I can make an appointment online and receive updates via text message and email (which helps when I have my toddler screaming in the background to avoid having to use the phone). My appointments are quick and the waiting area is comfy and even offers a play table for my toddler. If I have other areas of concern, Ryan brings them up and offers pricing but never pushes the repairs on me like other places do. The pricing is great and I leave a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Mode Automative. :)
