Ryan is really friendly and honest. I took my Honda Civic in for oil change and had him check the other fluids. He took me back to the shop and showed the difference between new fluid and mine. There was a big difference. He also mentioned what could wait. He told me about the air filter scams other shops use to scare customers. The total cost to replace transmission fluid and oil was half of the cost of the dealership. He is really accomodating. I am going to bring my wife's car there now.

Let me start out by saying I did not have service done at this shop, but the customer service I received was outstanding and deserved for me to write a quick review and rating. I submitted a request for an appointment at their shop online, and left my number for contact. Within about 3 minutes, I got a call from Ryan informing me that he didn't have anything left for this week, but would be more than happy to schedule something for next week. I'm getting ready to move in a couple days, so It didn't work out. But just based on the brief exchange I had him, if I was staying in town I would be bringing my car here for whatever I needed done. You'll have to judge the quality of their work based on your own experience and other reviewers, but in terms of their customer service, I'm blown away.

You know that ominous feeling you get when you need to see the dentist or a professional when something breaks or needs routine maintenance..? OR, better yet, when as a woman you feel/are mistreated at any given auto service shop because they try to up sell/manipulate you (because women know nothing of cars...sarcastically)You don't get that with Ryan! (: Imagine trust, reliability, and professionalism all wrapped up in this small business. I drive a 2007 Ford Escape. From the first time I took my car there for a major car problem, I have not found another mechanic to service my car because he's awesome. He has fair prices and has earned my business. Plus, I get these helpful email reminders for when my car is in need of routine service and I am able to book appointments online..!You know it's a great thing when your super skeptical mechanical engineering boyfriend calls Ryan on the phone, speaks about my car's issues, and gets off the phone with a smile on his face and says, "I think I have a man crush.." He sees Ryan too..lol
