I have been going to Mode for about 3 years now and am always appreciative of his honesty. There are two places I generally fear going to for the possibility of upselling and that's the dentist and automotive repair shops. I had a coolant leak and I was dreading taking my Toyota to the Toyota shop. Luckily I stumbled upon this shop by my office when searching online, which had a plethora of positive reviews for transparency and honesty. I met Ryan and we went over what my concerns were with the car and Ryan took a look and explained everything to me in a simple and honest manner. The price was less than what I had anticipated and he even gives a discount to new customers. The car was back on the road the same day I brought it in. Prices are reasonable and service is great! I have relied on Ryan to keep my 2005 Pontiac on the road for more than 6 years. I especially like the way he provides advance notice of upcoming issues and cost of repairs.
