All I can say is "wow"! I thought that mechanics that are good at what they do, and are honest, patient and care about their customers were a myth!! Thankfully, I seem to have found one of these mythical mechanics!! Ryan at Mode Automotive is amazing. My car had to get towed to his shop (thank goodness for Yelp) because it would not start. He took time in assessing what was wrong and when he called me to go over the problem, he was thorough, and based on his professional knowledge, suggested what needed to be done to not only save time, but money as well. He believes in not charging for unnecessary maintenance and will give you an honest detailing of what he is doing for your vehicle. I will never take my car anywhere else after my experience there. Also I like that he provides an online service where you can log in and see your maintenance record. so far I've been here twice now (second time for something minor) but I can honestly say my car hasn't run this good in years.

Tried Ryan at Mode Automotive based on outstanding ratings from Yelp. I can see why he gets such rave reviews! My car overheated on the freeway, so I needed a reputable mechanic to diagnose it. Although the news wasn't good - cracked engine block - Ryan thoroughly explained the problems and the extent of repairs needed. Many mechanics would have tried to land a sizable repair job, but Ryan actually recommended the car may not be worth spending any additional money on considering its high mileage and the limitations with replacing the engine. I really appreciated his unselfish recommendation, and to top it off, he didn't charge for the diagnosis. I'm taking my other cars to him for maintenance in the near future!

A one man show, and knows his mechanics. Very impressed with his establishment. He's very informative and knowledgable. To top it, he has great customer service skills, which always goes a long way in my book. I will continue to go to him for all my vehicle repairs. Highly recommend him.

I very highly and enthusiastically recommend Mode Automotive. I've taken my Toyota Camry in several times now. Ryan is very honest and professional. You don't have to worry about getting the run around and pressured to do unecessary services. Excellent customer service too...I've always gotten a call back within 10 minutes. Extremely friendly and welcoming personality. Prices are competitive and work is done quickly.I have tried it all...cheap shady mechanics all to way to the dealership. I believe that Ryan is definately the best mechanic for my needs. I will stick to Ryan from now on and have referred all my friends and family. Another nice feature....the waiting area is very welcoming complete with reading material, comfortable couches, television, fresh coffee and SPOTLESSLY clean.In summary, I HIGHLY encourage anyone to visit Ryan...you will not be disappointed and all your expectations of a mechanic will be exceeded!!!I'm glad I found Mode Automotive!!!!

Ryan at MODE Automotive was great! I brought my beloved 2005 Toyota Tacoma to him for a few repairs. He quickly looked over it, put together an estimate and suggested the best way to take care of it was to leave it for a day. I needed a rental car so he arranged that for me at a discounted rate and even had them come pick me up. He gave me a discount for a first time customer, then changed my wiper blades for free! The work took more time and he offered to stay late to have it done same day, but I just had him keep for the next day. He made sure I got my rental car at the same rate. Ryan was nice and very trustworthy. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. I highly recommend using Ryan at MODE!!

Ryan Mode is the MAN!The reviews don't lie when they say he is the best mechanic in town, THE BEST! Ryan provides timely, quality service, at very competitive prices. But where he really shines lies in his customer service. He goes a great distance to make sure that you are happy and informed while having your car serviced. He really does care about his clients. And let's face it, no one likes getting their car worked on, but having someone who will treat you like a person instead of a walking dollar sign is hard to find these days. Also, he does all his own work (which I think is why he is able to keep the prices so competitive). Inside, the shop is very clean with a nice sitting area while you wait.I have been searching for a mechanic that I could trust, and I have finally found one I can keep coming to for years! I highly recommend Mode Automotive to anyone and everyone.

My 200,000 mile Toyota Camry.

Ryan was exceptional! I found him on Yelp and I was not disappointed!! He listened to the problems going on with my car and we talked extensively about the issue. He ran a diagnostic, but didn't end up charging me for it b/c he couldn't give a definitive conclusion as to the problem. (My car/steering wheel was shaking absurdly between 40 - 60mph, but it wouldn't do it every time you drove it. This inconsistency ruled out alignment, tire weight issues.) Then we talked some more and came to an analysis that we both felt very good about. (My car had too much weight in it and at those speeds the transmission isn't used to carrying such heavy loads, thus causing the shaking. Ryan suggested turning the overdrive off and it has worked like a charm!) He even helped me out on a Sunday (normally the shop is closed, but he had to be there for a few hours for a charity event)!! I would highly recommend Mode Automotive!! Plus, he's a small player, so give him some business!
