Ryan is the best. He takes the time to listen to the many questions I asked about my Tacoma which has over 320,000 miles on it. He keeps my 21 year old Tacoma a very happy camper. Also he is open on Saturday, don't have to take time off work. Highly recommend Mode Automotive. 5 Stars!

Mode Automotive provided a set appointment and a clear quote for services. The shop is very clean and organized, with no frills, but is very professionally run. They are experienced and know what they are doing. I sat in the very comfortable waiting room with good amenities while my Lexus received a full professional service at a very reasonable price. they don't waste time, and I did not have to hang around for hours, which is usually the case at a dealership. They also did not try to sell me unnecessary services or parts. Their prices are reasonable because their shop is smaller and well-run, and they don't waste money on high overheads. My car runs like a bomb, and I will definitely be going back. I am a perfectionist, and believe that they provided the highest quality of work and service. I recommend Mode Automotive!

As usual, Ryan was honest, communicative and got our work done fast. He's our go-to mechanic for our 2006 Honda and 2007 Nissan.
